The Remodeling Showroom & Design Center was opened in 1999 by James Broderick. James has been a resident of Charlotte County since 1961. His career began in the Construction industry as a trim and detail carpenter. In 1983 James became a State Certified General Contractor.

After many years of hard work designing and building custom homes, additions, kitchens and baths; James decided to open the Remodeling Showroom. He felt our area needed a one stop design and idea center with professionals on staff to guide homeowners through the renovation process. The Showroom offers everything from preliminary design ideas, right down to the completion of the project. From the first sales call to the last construction detail, our ultimate goal is to make you a part of our family of satisfied customers.
